We bought this so that our senior Brussels griffon and our little 4 lb Yorkie could ride in it at the shopping mall when they got tired.We got them acclimated to it by pushing them around the house in it a couple of times a day for several days and when it came time for the mall trip they absolutely were great in it.It is well designed and very sturdy. The Brussels is 20 lb and the Yorkie is 4 lb so we had a combined way of about 25 lb. The larger wheels on this stroller made it very easy to push even over small obstacles or imperfections in the sidewalk or curb. We also liked the easier turning effort required for a three-wheeled stroller as opposed to the four-wheeled units sold elsewhere on PetOK. All around we couldn’t be happier. There was plenty of storage and very dog friendly!

I have gone threw 3 doggy strollers, in the past 2 years.Thank you Pet Gear for makingAT3 No-zip pet stroller. It truly is the #1 best.

Our Chihuahua out grew her first stroller so we replaced it with this one. We use it mainly at car shows. She can spend all day in this stroller comfortably. The multi-position top is great for providing shade while still allowing air flow.

I was soooo bummed about this stroller. There are so many things wrong with it. For starters, I wanted a nice safe stroller for my girl that I could easily take in and out of my car. This was NOT it! This stroller is so poorly engineered I want to slap whoever designed it. Most strollers collapse sandwich style, with the top moving downward. This stroller is the dumbest thing I ever put together. It folds BACKWARDS, so all the bedding and everything falls out and the Velcro (yes, Velcro) that holds it together pulls apart and will eventually need to be reattached after EVERY use. I do not understand how this stroller has so many good reviews. This thing is not built to last. The thinnest fabric holds the weight of your pet and is constantly having to be manipulated when you open and close it. The foot brake is also extremely hard to unlock, it almost feels like you’re breaking the damn thing.In summary, if you are looking for an easy to haul around, safe stroller for your pet this is NOT it! If you plan on never folding it to haul in the trunk of your car, it’s fine and gets the job done. But who never folds up their stroller? Isn’t that one of the main functions? *sigh*

This stroller could be amazing but has a major design flaw. The wheels are secured in place with button clips that are absolute garbage. I was unable to complete the setup due to a defective button clip that gets stuck and wont release into the wheel assembly. The company did send us a replacement but it was also defective. Now we are outside of the 30 day return period. This stroller will be amazing after I spend the weekend at Home Depot researching potential ways to keep the back wheels on my $200+ investment.

We received this stroller about a year ago. We love the design. The mesh on the top comes down far enough for our small 5 pound Maltese can see out and get fresh air. The top is easy to open and close with one hand. The larger wheels make for a smoother ride and we can travel over various terrain without much effort.We usually walk our little Maltese about a mile, then we put her in the stroller for a longer walk with my wife and I.The major issue we had with the stroller was the front wheel, when not locked down, would wobble. At first it did not wobble much. After several month the wobble got worse and worse to the point it was a problem. We locked the front wheel, but that required lifting of the front wheel every time we made a turn. The stroller also pulled to the left. I was about to give up on this stroller and give it a 2 rating until yesterday, when I got the solution . to the wobble from the manufacturer in the Q and A section. Here is the response I got for solving the wobble”Hello! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. You should be able to correct this issue by removing the front wheel foot plate. The foot plate is at the top of the wheel – it is black, shaped like a triangle and has a Pet Gear sticker on it. Once it is removed, please tighten the nut a little and walk with the stroller. If it still wobbles then tighten it a little more.”I removed two screws from the foot plate and popped it off. I took my socket wrench and cranked the nut down. Problem solved. We walked this morning for 1.75 miles and no wobble at all. My wife and I are happy Pet Gear stroller owners again.

My cats love this stroller and beg to go for walks! The intentions the that the front wheel squeaks like crazy from the day I got it. I contacted pet gear through their web site and never got a response. It seems like good quality but I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Well built, good quality and amazing maneuvering when you take the stationary pin out for the from wheel. The only disappointing factor is I read it’s not airline compliance friendly but it’s fine. The most important thing is daily use and it is perfect for what I need it for and my Kona girl loves it.

I spent a lot of time researching the various pet strollers and decided not to buy a cheaper one because they look and probably are less sturdy and had less features. This stroller looked large but I think might be a little tight for a dog more than 20 lbs.. my dog is a 16 lb. Cairn terrier and she fits fine, although I think two Cairns would be a tight fit. She loves riding in it, acts rather queenly. It’s good to have especially since the pavement is really too hot to walk on here in Atlanta right now. I bought a little battery operated fan which keeps a breeze on her. We haven’t gone on that many walks so far but plan to use it more.

Initially I was concerned if I would be able to put it together, but it comes almost completely assembled except for the wheels. My furbaby is a 11lb havanese and has enough room for another to ride with her. It is extremely well made and worth every penny. Safety was my primary concern and having the ability to lock her in immediately means everything to me not fumbling with zippers.

They didn’t have a smooth roll and the sound reminded me of pushing my now 22 year old in the travel/umbrella stroller. I was afraid it would sound like a shopping cart outside and a bumpy ride on rough street surfaces. I looked at a ton on PetOK and based on reviews figured I would give this a try. Total winner! My baby wags her tail when I take it outside for our walk (and her sniffs.) I work from home and also have been using as a bassinet by my desk. She loves it! Even when it’s a little chilly out she is ready to roll. I have had to put the cover down and she didn’t care bec her warrior prinsess vision wasn’t blocked. We have only used on the road and not off road. It is a bit bulky in my Explorer and took me some time getting use to collapsing it. I bought it used/very good shape. It was in its original packaging. I would have thought new if the tires didn’t have a tiny bit of ware and a page of the instruction booklet was missing. It was easy to put together regardless. It was a great purchase and nice to save a little extra after her surgery cost. If you have a princess/prince pup you need to get this! Stop looking at others and add to your cart!

My dog, who is about 14 lbs., had knee surgery. This has allowed us to take long walks, or go to the mall, or just about anywhere. The top locks down but she can still see front, back, sides and out the top.My only dislike is that it is quite big and takes up most of my trunk area. Honda Accord.

the stroller is great and what makes it great is the quality. It’s very nice, the wheels ride smooth like butter, it’s spacious, and very firm and it looks very high end.It really is the best dog stroller I’ve ever seen. It’s better quality than some baby strollers I’ve seen. I had to make the sad decision to return it because as much as I loved it, it is very bulky and takes most space in my trunk and I couldn’t justify the price since it was something that I do not use that often. I’m sure someone who will use constantly and has an SUV will love it.

My 7 lb Maltese loves it. She doesn’t usually walk past a mile and I would have to carry her. I recently had back surgery so knew I wasn’t going to continue carrying her so ordered the stroller. It went together quickly and I have not had issues with the front wheel as mentioned in other posts. It collapses easily and loads without issues in my 4-Runner. Love it and would recommend it to others.

After reading all the reviews and checking out other stroller options I decided to go with this one. I highly recommend it. It was easy to put together, breaks down easily to put in a vehicle or store, and the ride is extremely smooth. We have a nearly 16 years old Westie and another 8 years old Westie. I could put both in the stroller comfortably but the 8 year old is a bit frightened to get in it. It wasn’t for him specifically though and he does walk beside the stroller with no problems. The near 16 years old is happy to have wheels to continue taking walks. I haven’t had any issues with the front wheel that others mention in their reviews. The stroller is quiet, smooth, and very nice. It would be nice if Pet Gear included the mat that I had to purchase separately since this stroller is very expensive!

Even tho my picture shows 2 dogs, only one would fit comfortably in this stroller (they are both about 20 pounds each). I put this together in 20 minutes, really simple and instructions were right on. We got it for our dog who has hip problems and it’s getting hard for him to walk the 2 miles we do every day. So with this, it’s easy to let him out and walk and then easy to get him back in and close the top (or he would definitely jump out). I’m totally satisfied with this product and got it for a price that I could not find else where.

I have a 17 pound senior peekapoo and the fit is just right. Love the substantial wheels because it rolls well on pavement, dirt and gravel. Airflow is good on a hot day. The mesh lets the air circulate while keeping the dog cool. Now we can set out on longer walks. He walks as long as he can and happily rides when he gets tired.

Likes:- Easy to fold- No Zip- Smooth ride for my cat.Dislikes:- It takes up so much space in the back of my SUV – I own a ’20 Subaru Forester and this takes up more than half of the space.

Two manufacturing defects on assembly shown in pictures. Missing upper left side pin to secure cupholder as per manual so cup holder is loose – didn’t buy it for cup holder but a loose piece of plastic is not what I was looking for. Also the folding mechanism on the handle was scratched heavily, almost as if it was a reused piece or something – not end of the world but also irritating. Torn between removing the cup holder entirely and just using this one and going through the irritation of returning the unit (which I was planning to use this week).

So first off I should say we were replacing a 14 year old stroller so we would probably be easily impressed. Our old stroller only fit one doggie and as our second doggie is begging to show her age a bit we decided to upgrade and get one that fits both dogs. Both dogs meaning 2 -15 lb Shih Tzu. The ride is smooth. The size of the stroller is great. It’s not too bulky or heavy while still being sufficiently sturdy.I researched this purchase for weeks and read 100s of reviews which is why I decided to write this to pay it forward. Many people said they found it hard to assemble and hard to collapse but we have found neither of those to be true for us. In fairness we are in our mid 40s/early 50s, active and fairly fit. We got this stroller in the hopes of being able to jog with it. We’ve only done 3 walks since we got it (trying to just get the dogs used to it) but I will update about how jogging goes. We are completely aatisfied with our choice at this point.

I love the stroller but the handle cover is starting to tear. A lot of money to have this happen

Bought the pet gear stroller in Oct 2023, love the convenience, wheels are super smooth, and my chinese crested powder puff is very comfortable with the ride. (I noticed a few review issues with the front tire before purchase). After a month of use the front tire became very wobbly with faster walks unless you locked it on jogging mode. So… I removed the 2 screws holding the petgear plastic cover above the front tire, and carefully pryed the cover off. The nut holding the front forks and tire on had worked itself loose. The extra space on the shaft allows the tire to wobble excessively while walking. A couple turns of the wrench tightened it back to specifications. No more slop , no more wobble. I would imagine this is very common, and super easy to remedy. Hope it helps ..

Not much bottom support for the dog but we added a couple of towels to give it more cushion. Seems like decent fabric and easy to maneuver. We wanted the larger wheels to push over a variety of surfaces.

Front wheel issue it makes a weird sound!

***update: I figured out how to get the front wheel to pivot. Have to loosen up the bearing. Turns more easily now. Much better. Back wheels still remain fixed but maneuverability is improved.I really like this pet stroller….however I probably would not have purchased this one if I had known that the wheels do not swivel. It was easy to put together. Just had to attach the wheels. Collapses nicely for travel. The big drawback though is that the wheels do not swivel. This is kinda annoying…..especially on gravel where I am primarily using the stroller. Other than that, it’s a good stroller. Not the best but does the job with a little effort.

I have had the stroller a few months. I walk daily, however, I was surprised to notice my wheels are bald and look like I will have to replace soon. I am very disappointed. The other parts of the stroller seem to be good quality

I have Pomeranians and in the summer it’s hot & they heat up quickly, one of them is old and nearly blind with heart problems so she can’t walk too far anymore and definitely needs the stroller to finish her walk. I had a Pet Gear dog stroller from 2018 to 2021, we used the stroller almost daily. It was one with a zipper and the zipper broke so I gave it to a lady I saw walking often at the park, she did not feel like she would ever need to zip her dog into the stroller. She is still pushing her fur baby around the park so the old stroller is still functioning 5 years after purchase with the one zipper issue. My Poms get very excited when they see other dogs and I like to be able to quickly secure them inside the stroller. This is definitely an upgrade with the snap shut closure. You can get the dogs inside the stroller and shut that snap closed quickly! The wheels are big and tough and can go over grass and uneven terrain. It’s a heavy stroller so it is very secure and also has a foot break between the back two wheels that keeps it from rolling away. Once you get the hang of it you can quickly collapse the stroller and tuck it away in your car after your walk. Slide a button and twist the handle and the whole thing folds up. Talk about customer service! Pet Gear has great customer service! After 10 months of use we ran into a structural problem with this new stroller. I could not repair the issue so I contacted customer service and the very next day less than 24 hours later they had completely, to my satisfaction, resolved the issue. When you spend almost $250 on a dog stroller you want to be able to rely on the company that made it. I really recommend this company and this stroller.

The stroller rolls with ease. It is nicely made. Easy to get dog in and out of. Like the push button to open top to put dog in. Easy to fold up and open. Rolls on pavement and on walking trails. Would definitely recommend or buy this again.

Bought this so mom could take her cat when she goes for a walk. We have to keep in in the living room (with all the sundry cat toys and cat furniture 🙄) so it’s ready when we can grab her cat. 2 of our cats have napped in it. It’s very sturdy and agile; turns on a dime. Haven’t tried folding it up as we don’t need to move it to another location.
